This Sweepstakes is offered and open to persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes begins on February 4, 2013 at 12:01:00 AM EST and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on February 28, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Each day throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the entries received each day in accordance with the Chart below will be pooled into twenty-five separate daily drawing pools (each, a "Daily Drawing Pool"). Non-winning entries from any particular Daily Drawing Pool will NOT be carried over to subsequent Daily Drawing Pools. (see rules page for chart - it was a pdf, so it didn't copy/paste correctly)
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
(1) Facebook Entry
(2) Mail-In Entry: Participants may also enter the Sweepstakes by hand printing your full name, address (including city, state and zip code), daytime telephone number, date of birth and email address (optional) on a 3½" x 5" card and mailing it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Bayer® Asprin Every Day is a Gift Sweepstakes, PO Box 2138, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-2138. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Entries must be received by the Entry Deadline/Received By dates set forth in the Chart in Section 3 for each Daily Drawing
Period. Limit: One (1) entry per person per day regardless of the method of entry.
Grand Prize (the "Prizes"): A total of twenty-five (25) Daily Prizes (One (1) awarded per Daily Drawing Pool). There will be a different prize each week of the Sweepstakes Period as set forth in the Chart above.
Week 1: A 2-in-1 Juicer/Blender. ARV: $200 each.
Week 2: An "I love being active" gift pack consisting of: A pair of wireless activity trackers. ARV: $200 each.
Week 3: A SpaFinder $200 Gift Card. ARV: $200.00 each. Week 4: "A Night of Fun with Loved Ones" Gift Pack consisting of: a $150 restaurant.com gift card and a $50 movie theater gift card. ARV: $200.00 each.
Potential Prize winners (the "Prize Winners") will be notified by email and/or by phone within 7 days from the drawing date.
