Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the "WZZM 13's February iPad Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal U.S. residents of the following counties in the State of Michigan: Allegan, Barry, Branch, Calhoun, Clare, Clinton, Eaton, Gratiot, Ionia, Isabella, Kalamazoo, Kent, Lake, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Midland, Missaukee, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, Ottawa, St. Joseph, VanBuren and Wexford, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
How To Enter. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. (EST) on Friday, February 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (EST) Thursday, February 28, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Enter by visiting WZZM's Facebook page at website https://www.facebook.co
Winner Selection. There will be a total of twelve (12) winners in the "WZZM 13's February iPad Giveaway". Three (3) winners will be selected on each of these dates: February 8, Feb. 15, Feb. 22 and March 1, 2013. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries in the entry pool. Entries are cumulative over the sweepstakes period, Feb. 1 through Feb. 28, 2013. You may enter the "WZZM 13's February iPad Giveaway" once per day.
Prizes and Odds Each winner will receive one (1) iPad 4th Generation 16Gb Wi-Fi (ARV $499).
Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified by phone or email, based on the information provided on their entry form, on or about these dates: February 8, Feb. 15, Feb. 22 and March 1, 2013. To claim prize, winner must personally visit the WZZM 13 offices at 645 - 3 Mile Road NW, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49544, within three (3) business days after notification (office visits must be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. (E.T) and 4:00 p.m. (E.T.) weekdays). Valid photo identification may be required by Sponsor in each case. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes.
