Each entrant may upload 1 Submission per Boys & Girls Club of America location during the Submission Phase.
How to Enter: During the Submission Phase, visit www.familydolla
Winner Determination:
a. Judging Phase: During the Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges, determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will select the 30 entrants with the highest scoring Submissions (the "Finalists") from among all eligible Submissions received based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
Quality of Submission (50%); and
Fit to Contest Theme of "Paying it Forward" in the community (50%).
In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the highest "Fit to Contest Theme of "Paying it Forward" in the community" score, as determined by the qualified judges, will be deemed the applicable Finalist. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than 30 Finalists, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions.
b. Voting Phase: During the Voting Phase, the Finalists Submissions will be posted for public voting at familydollar.com/coke. Individuals, who meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in Section 1, are invited to vote for the Submission they believe has the most public appeal. Limit: Each participant may vote 1 time per day during the Voting Phase. At the conclusion of the Voting Phase, the Judges will select the potential winners based on the following criteria:
Judging Criteria (as defined in Section 6.a.) (50%); and
Number of Valid Votes (50%).
The Finalist whose Submission received the highest score will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. The Finalists who uploaded the Submissions with the next 5 highest scores will be deemed the potential First Prize winners. The next highest scoring 15 Finalists will be deemed the potential Second Prize Winners. In the event of a tie, the Finalist whose Submission received the highest score during the Judging Phase will be deemed the potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate Grand, First, or Second Prize winner should the voting appear to have been tampered with, or manipulated in any way.
For All Participants: Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same
1 GRAND PRIZE: A $1,000 Family Dollar gift card; and a $10,000 donation made in winner's name to Boys & Girls Clubs of America for the Club of the winner's choice. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000.
5 FIRST PRIZES: A $500 Family Dollar gift card; and a $5,000 donation made in winner's name to Boys & Girls Clubs of America for the Club of the winner's choice. ARV: $500.
15 SECOND PRIZES: A $100 Family Dollar gift card; and a $1,000 donation made in winner's name to Boys & Girls Clubs of America for the Club of the winner's choice. ARV: $100.
