I'm still trying to watch the first 11 minutes of the Scotland one, but whenever I go to the CBS website, the full episode videos don't work.

They newer looking concrete and brickwork on the sidewalk? I co-designed that way back when I working in the DC suburbs Woot (the main project was to add additional parking in the northwest corner, but we also reconfigured the circle slightly and planned to have the pavement reconstructed)
