Grizzly's Man Rules Challenge ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Massachusetts and Michigan) who are tobacco consumers, age 21 or older at time of entry.
Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 pm Eastern Time ("ET") on February 25, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 am ET on May 6, 2013 ("Giveaway Entry Period"). Giveaway consists of: 1) a Contest for a Weekly Grand Prize; and 2) an Instant Win for a Daily Prize. For the purpose of these Official Rules each daily entry period begins at 12:00:00 am ET on a day and ends the same day at 11:59:59 pm ET ("Day") with two exceptions: The first daily entry period (i.e., 2/25/13) begins at 12:00:00 pm ET and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET. The last daily entry period (i.e., 5/6/13) begins at 12:00:00 am ET and ends at 11:59:59 am ET. For the purpose of these Official Rules weekly entry periods are defined below.
HOW TO ENTER A WEEKLY ENTRY AND QUALIFY TO WIN A WEEKLY GRAND PRIZE CONTEST: There will be a weekly topic on the Website and you can submit your "man rule" related to the weekly topic during the applicable Weekly Entry Period ("Weekly Entry[ies]"). All Weekly Entries must be written in English and consist of 55 characters (or less). All submitted Weekly Entries will be prescreened by the Sponsor within two (2) business days of submission prior to posting on the Website. Weekly Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules (including but not limited to the Weekly Entry Rules, as detailed below in these Official Rules) will be ineligible, and Sponsor reserves all other rights to disqualify Entries as set forth herein. You may submit up to 10 Weekly Entries per day. Each eligible Weekly Entry submitted will qualify for the applicable Weekly Entry Period and will not roll over to the subsequent Weekly Entry Period. Registered users of mygrizzly.com may "like" any of the Weekly Entries during the Giveaway Entry Period, but shall be limited to one "like" per Entry per Day. Users can "unlike" the Weekly Entry any time during the Giveaway Entry Period. Please see 'Judging' section below for more information on how the winner of a winning Weekly Entry is determined.

Entries cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about other people or companies; advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (other than Grizzly®), or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
Entries cannot contain prominent copyrighted materials owned by others as determined by Sponsor;
Entries cannot contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission;
Entries cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and
Entries cannot depict and cannot itself be in violation of any law or otherwise identify a minor.
By entering, you grant the Sponsor and any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Giveaway, the perpetual, fully-paid, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, otherwise use, and permit others to use and perform throughout the world the Weekly Entry in any manner, form, or format now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising or promotion of Giveaway, their products and trademarked brands, and Contest, all without further consent from or payment to you. By submitting your Weekly Entry, you agree that Sponsor has no obligation to post or publish your Weekly Entry, that all such postings or publication, if any, will be in Sponsor's sole discretion and that the posting or publication of a Weekly Entry does not guarantee the Weekly Entry will be selected as a winner. There is no prize awarded or compensation for the possible publication or posting of an entrant's name and/or Weekly Entry. Entries will not be acknowledged and will not be received or held "in confidence" and a submission does not create a confidential relationship or obligation of secrecy between you and the Sponsor or any of its affiliates.
Each Weekly Entry may not have been previously published and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the Weekly Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Weekly Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Weekly Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Weekly Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor is under no obligation to disclose why a Weekly Entry has been disqualified other than the Weekly Entry was ineligible under these Official Rules. Furthermore, the Sponsor reserves the right to not award any prize if, in its sole and absolute discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Weekly Entries.
By submitting a Weekly Entry, entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may receive many Weekly Entries in this Contest and that such other Weekly Entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to entrant's Weekly Entry and entrant waives any and all claims entrant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future that any composition/entry and/or ideas accepted, reviewed and/or used by the Sponsor its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees and agents may be similar to or the same as his/her Weekly Entry. If such situation occurs, the Sponsor reserves the right to consider only the first submitted Weekly Entry within the same Weekly Entry Period based on the judging criteria listed below.
JUDGING: All eligible Weekly Entries will be judged by a panel of judges consisting of personnel from the Sponsor ("judging panel") to determine the winning Weekly Entry. All judging will be based on the following judging criteria: (a) most creative interpretation (65%); (b) most suitable for Sponsor's image (15%); (c) most likely to inspire others (10%); and the remaining 10% will depend on the most "likes" at end of the applicable Weekly Entry Period. The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.
Ties: In the event of a tie, the Weekly Entry from among the tied Weekly Entries with the highest score for most creative interpretation will be declared the Weekly Winner. In the event of a further tie, the Weekly Entry from among the tied Weekly Entries with the highest score for most suitable for Sponsor's image will be declared the Weekly Grand Prize Winner. In the event of further ties, the judging panel will make the final determination as to which Weekly Entry will win the Weekly Grand Prize.
Limit one (1) Weekly Grand Prize per registered user/address/household.
HOW TO ENTER A DAILY ENTRY AND QUALIFY TO WIN A DAILY INSTANT WIN PRIZE: Submit your answer to the daily poll question ("Daily Entry[ies]"). There will be a poll question each day. By answering the daily poll question you will automatically qualify for the Instant Win. See Instant Win below for details. Limit one (1) Daily Entry per registered user per Day.
INSTANT WIN: If you receive a winning message stating you have won a daily Instant Win prize, you are an instant winner and your prize will be shipped to the address provided at time of winning. In the event the Sponsor does not receive an updated shipping address at time of winning, your prize will be sent to the current address on Sponsor's file at the time of winning. The Sponsor is not responsible for any returned/undeliverable prize and such prize will be forfeited. All Instant Win prize claims are subject to verification, your eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules. A "screenshot" is not proof or evidence of winning an Instant Win play. Limit one (1) daily Instant Win prize claim per registered user per each Day of the Giveaway Entry Period. TEN (10) WEEKLY GRAND PRIZES: one (1) Weekly Grand Prize awarded each week.
Trip prizes, excluding the hunting trip, consist of: Round trip coach air transportation for winner and the guest(s) to the destination city from a major commercial airport (within the 50 contiguous United States of America and the District of Columbia) with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to winner's primary residence (or at the discretion of the Sponsor, receipt of a $500 travel allowance in the form of a check in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200 mile radius of the destination city); double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room and room tax only; does not include meals, room service or other incidentals, at a hotel of Sponsor's choice); and tickets to the Event of your choice. Tickets to Event must be used while winner and guest(s) are visiting the destination city. Event tickets are not for sale or transferrable. Hunting prize trip consists of all elements noted herein for any trip prize minus the Event tickets. If hunting is not available due to inclement weather conditions after winner embarks, the Sponsor's sole responsibility will be to award the remaining elements of the prize minus the hunt. If winner is not able to accept the prize due to reasons such as but not limited to legal restrictions, physical impairment, mental disability, etc., s/he will not receive an alternate prize and will automatically forfeit all rights to the hunting portion of prize. Winner and guest(s) must follow all instructions and/or security procedures imposed by the Sponsor, and/or any Event personnel. If an Event is postponed, canceled or has occurred prior to winner clearance, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the prize winner and guest(s) other than to supply a trip to the Event destination city without the Event portion of the prize. Actual value of any trip prize depends on location of winner, fares and prices at time of booking. If actual value of trip is lower than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Trip must be booked a minimum of sixty (60) days in advance, and it is subject to availability. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's authorized agent. Once trip is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. No extensions or exceptions shall apply or be available. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid for, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and his/her guest(s). Winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Blackout dates and restrictions apply. Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (for example, valid photo ID, etc.) prior to travel. Winner's guest(s) will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Trips must be taken by December 31, 2013. For any winner of a trip prize, winner may request cash in lieu of the trip. The alternative cash prize will be the ARV associated with the trip prize won as shown above.
The Ultimate Workshop prize will be awarded as a $10,000 a corporate check.
Ford Super Duty 4x4 prize: Winner shall be required to present adequate personal identification prior to taking possession of prize. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses associated with picking up the prize at a Ford dealership closest to his/her primary residence (as determined by Sponsor). Winner will be notified when prize is available for pick up, which may take up to 120 days from date of order. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery of the prize. If the prize is not picked up within thirty (30) days of the date the prize is delivered to the Ford dealership, the winner shall bear any risk of loss or damage to the prize, and after thirty (30) days the prize may be forfeited by the winner. MSRP is based on standard manufacturer package and does not include additional features/options. Winner is responsible for other options not expressly included and for title, license and registration fees, as well as all applicable tax liabilities. Prize is based on availability and certain restrictions apply. Selection of features, color and model will be at Sponsor's sole discretion. Upon delivery of the prize to the winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize. Winner must sign a release of liabilities, any required agreement and affidavit prior to receiving prize.

Trip prizes, excluding the hunting trip, consist of: Round trip coach air transportation for winner and the guest(s) to the destination city from a major commercial airport (within the 50 contiguous United States of America and the District of Columbia) with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to winner's primary residence (or at the discretion of the Sponsor, receipt of a $500 travel allowance in the form of a check in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200 mile radius of the destination city); double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room and room tax only; does not include meals, room service or other incidentals, at a hotel of Sponsor's choice); and tickets to the Event of your choice. Tickets to Event must be used while winner and guest(s) are visiting the destination city. Event tickets are not for sale or transferrable. Hunting prize trip consists of all elements noted herein for any trip prize minus the Event tickets. If hunting is not available due to inclement weather conditions after winner embarks, the Sponsor's sole responsibility will be to award the remaining elements of the prize minus the hunt. If winner is not able to accept the prize due to reasons such as but not limited to legal restrictions, physical impairment, mental disability, etc., s/he will not receive an alternate prize and will automatically forfeit all rights to the hunting portion of prize. Winner and guest(s) must follow all instructions and/or security procedures imposed by the Sponsor, and/or any Event personnel. If an Event is postponed, canceled or has occurred prior to winner clearance, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the prize winner and guest(s) other than to supply a trip to the Event destination city without the Event portion of the prize. Actual value of any trip prize depends on location of winner, fares and prices at time of booking. If actual value of trip is lower than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Trip must be booked a minimum of sixty (60) days in advance, and it is subject to availability. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's authorized agent. Once trip is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. No extensions or exceptions shall apply or be available. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid for, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and his/her guest(s). Winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Blackout dates and restrictions apply. Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (for example, valid photo ID, etc.) prior to travel. Winner's guest(s) will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Trips must be taken by December 31, 2013. For any winner of a trip prize, winner may request cash in lieu of the trip. The alternative cash prize will be the ARV associated with the trip prize won as shown above.
The Ultimate Workshop prize will be awarded as a $10,000 a corporate check.
Ford Super Duty 4x4 prize: Winner shall be required to present adequate personal identification prior to taking possession of prize. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses associated with picking up the prize at a Ford dealership closest to his/her primary residence (as determined by Sponsor). Winner will be notified when prize is available for pick up, which may take up to 120 days from date of order. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery of the prize. If the prize is not picked up within thirty (30) days of the date the prize is delivered to the Ford dealership, the winner shall bear any risk of loss or damage to the prize, and after thirty (30) days the prize may be forfeited by the winner. MSRP is based on standard manufacturer package and does not include additional features/options. Winner is responsible for other options not expressly included and for title, license and registration fees, as well as all applicable tax liabilities. Prize is based on availability and certain restrictions apply. Selection of features, color and model will be at Sponsor's sole discretion. Upon delivery of the prize to the winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize. Winner must sign a release of liabilities, any required agreement and affidavit prior to receiving prize.
