commences at 4:00:00PM (ET) on February 20,2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on March 11, 2013
open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry
Entrants may enter as many times as they wish
Prizes:
Grand Prize (1):
Only one Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to be used by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the "Guest") to Los Angeles, CA to attend the premiere screening of The Host (the "Picture"), if held (the "Event") on a date tentatively scheduled to take place sometime between March 18, 2013 and March 19, 2013. Travel dates subject to change. The trip includes: (a) round trip economy class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway of Sponsor's choice to Los Angeles, CA. Sponsor reserves the right
to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA, (b) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at the Palihotel Melrose (or similar, as determined by Sponsor) in Hollywood, CA for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included), (c) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest between the hotel and the Event (d) room amenities of "hosted" snack and treats from Dean & Deluca, (e) two (2) tickets to attend the Event, (f) $200 spending allowance for the Grand Prize Winner only, (g) a $300.00 Grove giftcard for Grand Prize Winner only and (h) a pre-Event makeover at the Sweet 9 Salon for Grand Prize Winner and Guest ( which shall consist of makeup application and blow –out for females and a cut and style for males) (collectively, "Grand Prize").
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,095.00 the total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $4,095.00.
