Open to active members of the JCPenney Rewards Program (the "Program") who are (i) 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and (ii) legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico (the "Territory"). If entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence he or she must also agree to have his/her parent or legal guardian's permission to enter the Sweepstakes..
PRIZE: There are 1,000 (1,000) prizes that will be awarded and each will consist of a pair of DockersĀ® Saturday Khakis (color British Khaki only) (each pair of DockersĀ® Saturday Khakis a "Prize"). Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: $35.00. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $35,000.
