ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older at the time of entry.

Limit: one entry per email address per person. You may earn additional entries by referring friends who also enter the Sweepstakes. Photos and written responses deemed appropriate in a pre-screening process

REFER-A-FRIEND ENTRIES
After you have submitted your entry by clicking "Submit", you will be given the opportunity to refer your friends to enter the Sweepstakes through Facebook, Twitter or email using the individual share link generated on the Website. You will get one additional entry for each unique friend who uses your individual share link to enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period using the Tell-A-Friend functionality on the Website. When a friend you referred visits the Website and fully completes and submits the Sweepstakes entry form during the Promotion Period, you will be automatically given an entry.

TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, go to https://shareyourgoals.wellsfargobank.com and click on the "Enter here" link to be taken to the entry form to respond to the Question:

Required: Select your response to the Question from a drop down menu of options in the "categorize your goal" section.
Optional: Submit a photo that expresses your financial goal in a picture. Photo should be no larger than 3MB. Once the photo has been uploaded, you will receive a message confirming receipt.
Required: Provide a written response to the Question in the text box (15 characters minimum, 500 characters maximum).


DRAWING SCHEDULE
The drawings to determine the 13 randomly-selected Prize winners will be conducted per the schedule below by The Barrett Group, Inc., Sweepstakes Administrator for Wells Fargo ("Administrator"), from among all eligible entries received to date. Entries are cumulative. The odds of winning a Gift Card depend upon the cumulative number of entries received for each drawing. The odds of winning the $10,000 Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

$500 WELLS FARGO VISA® GIFT CARD PRIZE AWARD
Potential winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing date to the email address indicated on their entry form. In order to receive a Gift Card, the potential winner must respond by email or telephone to the potential winner email notice within 7 business days or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate eligible entrant.

$10,000 PRIZE AWARD
Potential winner will be notified by overnight mail within 7 business days of the drawing date to the name and address indicated on their entry form.

PRIZE AWARD
A total of thirteen (13) prizes will be awarded - one (1) $10,000 cash prize and twelve (12) $500 Wells Fargo Visa® Gift Cards ("Gift Card" or "Prize"). Gift Cards to be awarded two (2) per week during the Promotion Period with $10,000 cash being awarded in the final drawing.
