The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Prize(s) will only be delivered to addresses within the United States or Puerto Rico.
THE SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:00 A.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME ("EST") ON FEBRUARY 11, 2013 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 P.M. EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME ("EDT") ON APRIL 7, 2013 (THE "SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD").
THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD IS DIVIDED INTO EIGHT (8) WEEKLY ENTRY PERIODS (EACH AN "ENTRY PERIOD"). EACH ENTRY PERIOD STARTS AT 12:00:00 A.M. ON THE START DATE LISTED BELOW AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 P.M. ON THE END DATE LISTED BELOW (EDT OR EST, AS THE CASE MAY BE). THE HERSHEY COMPANY WILL POST A MESSAGE AT @REESESBPCUPS ON TWITTER WHEN THE SWEEPSTAKES HAS ENDED. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.
To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, follow REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups on Twitter at @ReesesPBCups [twitter.com]. You must have or create a non-private Twitter account in order to enter.
On a weekly basis at random, around 5PM EST @ReesesPBCups will post a tweet beginning the Sweepstakes #REESESMugShot.
To enter, tweet a photo of yourself with REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups back to @ReesesPBCups ("Entry Tweet"). The content of the Entry Tweet from the entrant, as submitted, will be considered the "Entry." Each Entry Tweet counts as one (1) Entry. Your Entry must include a relevant tweet to the Sweepstakes and must include the "#REESESMugShot" hashtag to be valid. Each Entry must contain at least 14 characters (hashtag #REESESMugshot) and no more than 140 characters in length and must be in English.
Following each entry period, a random drawing will be conducted to award three (3) eligible winners for that period. Winners for each period will be announced according to the drawing table above. On April 7, 2013 at or about 11:59:59 p.m. Easter Daylight Time ("EDT"), Sponsor will tweet to its followers a message ending the Sweepstakes ("Terminating Tweet"). All Entries must be tweeted during the Sweepstakes Period prior to the posting of the Terminating Tweet.
Limit one (1) Entry per person/Twitter account per day.
PRIZES: Grand Prizes (24 total; 3 per Entry Period). Each Prize consists of a REESE'S Peanut Butter Cup Coffee Mug. Approximate retail value (ARV): $8.95 each. Total ARV of all prizes offered is $214.80. Limit one (1) prize per address for the Sweepstakes Period. The difference between any stated value and actual value will not be awarded to winner. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. If a prize offered becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to provide an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
Three (3) winners will be selected for each Entry Period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the corresponding Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted on or about the Drawing Dates listed. Non-winning entries from an Entry Period will not be carried forward to subsequent drawings.
Potential winners will be notified by a direct message to the potential winner's Twitter ID as recorded in the winner's Twitter account within 1 business day following conclusion of the entry period.
