The Sweepstakes begins on March 12, 2013 at 12:01 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 9, 2013 at 11:59 PM ET
open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
make at least one (1) basketball tournament matchup pick (choosing one team to win) to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person per week for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the method of entry used
SWEEPSTAKES FIRST PRIZE Drawing: There will be two (2) potential First Prize Winners selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor and held on or about April 9, 2013 from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received by Sponsor.
SWEEPSTAKES FIRST PRIZE: The First Prize Winners will each win two (2) tickets to a concert that includes a performance by Snoop Dogg (aka Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr.) (the "Artist"). The tickets will awarded from available concert tickets for a concert performed at the closest city to the residence of the First Prize Winner (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), irrespective of the distance . The ARV of each First Prize is $400.
