1.H&M Onesie Giveaway: How to Enter: Beginning March 21, 2013, at 12:01 a.m. (ET) through April 21, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. (ET), go to http://www.elizabethstreetcontest...hmgiveaway and submit the entry form pursuant to the on-screen instructions. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Onesie Giveaway at any time, for any reason or no reason.


Recipients Selection: Each participant that submits multiple entries (as provided in the on-screen instructions) will receive up to three (3) Giveaway Packages each comprising of: one (1) baby onesie and one (1) printed catalog containing a 20% discount coupon on purchases of kids and baby products.


Giveaway Package & Approximate Retail Value: Each Giveaway Package contains one (1) baby onesie suggested retail price of $12.95 and one (1) printed catalogue (retail value $0). The Giveaway Packages will be awarded to participants subject to Giveaway Packages availability. As soon as practicable when supplies are finished Sponsor will in its own discretion either post a notice online or terminate the Onesie Giveaway. The use of the coupon by participants shall be regulated by the terms of the coupon. Coupons are not cumulative and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Entrants will be notified via phone, e-mail, or postal mail, at Sponsor's discretion, on or about April 30st, 2013 or will receive the Giveaway Packages by mail.


2. ENTRIES: Each participant to the H&M Onesie Giveaway that submits multiple entries (as provided by the on-screen instructions) will receive up to (3) Giveaway Packages per person and/or email address for the (referred to as the "Promotion").


More than three (3) entries from the same person and/or email address will be disqualified at the discretion of the Sponsor. Entries using macro, robotic, script, or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant, the Giveaway Packages will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.


3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and Giveaway Packages suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same household of each such employee) are not eligible.


4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: In order to enter the Promotion, you must (i) complete the entry form pursuant to the on-screen instructions, and enter your complete information including a valid US mailing address, e-mail address, and (ii) accept to receive mail offerings, email communications from the Sponsor and/or any of its business partners, and the Elizabeth Street newsletter by email from Elizabethstreet.com, and (iii) accept to receive mail offerings, email communications from H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB or its affiliated companies. If you fail to (i) complete the entry form pursuant to the on-screen instructions, or (ii) to enter your complete information including a valid US mailing address, e-mail address or (iii) do not accept to receive mail offerings, email communications from the Sponsor and/or any of its business partners and the Elizabeth Street newsletter by email from Elizabethstreet.com and (iv) to receive email offers and other communications from H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB or its affiliated companies, your name will not be included in the list of participants for purposes of obtaining the Giveaway Package(s) as provided herein by the Sponsor. For purposes of this Promotion P.O. Boxes are not considered as a valid US mailing addresses. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void, as are entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete or that contain errors. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply. Entrants must fill out all the information requested and have a valid e-mail address, and a valid US mailing address and it is entrant's responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in e-mail address or mailing address by notifying the Sponsor at the address indicated below. Expenses not specifically included in Giveaway Package description and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each Giveaway Package is awarded "AS IS" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, outside of manufacturer's limited warranty, and cannot be exchanged or returned. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of a Giveaway Package is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item in the Giveaway Package with an item of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised item is unavailable. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the Giveaway Package and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any Giveaway Package/Giveaway Package notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner hereby further agrees that he/she will sign any documents necessary to transfer copyright of the entry to Sponsor within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. By accepting Giveaway Package, participant agrees to hold Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representative agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the Giveaway Package. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of the Giveaway Package.
