A while ago someone "won a prize" on Grizzly and it did not state what that prize was. It just happened to me - I won something?? I don't remember who that was who won something, but wonder if they ever found out what the prize was. Then they wanted an update on my profile. They never did that before.
And Twixes - yes 2 back to back. Feel badly again about them but no other prize. Shame.

I might have to do it that way. The only cards I can win at is team spades but only if we get to trade cards. I always give up my highest spades cause only I could get my king of spades trumped!!! My best strategy is giving my partner a better hand cause I know how to lose and I dont mind being a team player!!

I won BIG on Honda after I posted. No dirty, smelly sock today. I could not believe it as I usually play that one just to laugh and be amazed at the silliness. I won a GC for $25 but it is not specific - says for tickets or merchandise and read the rules at the sponsor's discretion or something. Hope it is for merchandise. It is #6 on the list. See, you never know.

I always look at the numbers previously pulled (they are posted above the wheel) and choose the color that is "on a roll". The people playing always tell me "No" choose the other color", but it usually wins. Officially odds are less than 50/50 because of the 0/00.



Congrats on the big win! Honda has very few "real" prizes.. The most common is the pack of gum. You won 7th prize! The rules say "sports merchandise or tickets", so it will be interesting. It can't be Live Nation because they don't handle sports!

Glad that you enjoyed the trip. I wouldn't go on any of the roller coasters or the Tower of Terror. I did go on the water ride at the Animal Kingdom. Just waited on the kids (when they had a fast pass) with Mom-we explored and went on a tamer ride while they went on the crazy ones if they waited in line with their Mom.

Congrats! The casino employees would have gladly explained about the chips. Usually, you bet with them and get to keep the winnings less the "complimentary chops". I usually bet on red or black on Roulette with the casino complimentary chips because they tend to be $25 ones. You win double if your color hits, so if you bet $25 on red and a red number is hit, you win $50. The "house" keeps the complimentary $25 and you get to keep the other $25. If you lose, it's gone. When you're done, if you've won, then you take the "real" chips to the cashier and they will give you cash.
My Uncle plays Black Jack, but people get irritated if you don't know what you're doing at Black Jack (because if you take or don't take a card, then they get that card (or don't) and it affects their play, according to Unc.). I asked if you couldn't sit down and ask the table to help you with the few plays with the comp chips, but he didn't seem to think it was a good idea.

BTW, don't feel bad about winning the candy, if you don't then someone else will. Post on the trading thread in freebies and trade them for other frees that you use. Some people won Purina Dog Chow and rec'd the coupons this week. You can always ask to trade for other frees or Amazon.

Woo Ho!!! I get to mow the grass today!!! Just let the dogs out and its up to their bellies!!! and theyre boxers!!! LOL Gotta get some grass seed to fill in the big bald patches from when I did the weed and seed last fall. Does anyone have any ideas on a grass seed that grows slow and short so we dont have to mow as often and is good in full sun that will take over the yard and spread that is NOT crab grass??? Want grass grass for pretty lawns
Oh..... and it has to stand up to doggie pee........ Mikie has big bald spots where he goes all the time!!!

Home Depot advertised vegetables and herbs at 5 for $10 or $2 ea. I bought a couple of tomatoes (one dark red (no purple this year, but supposed to be sweet) and one old fashioned-both the little ones) and 2 ea sweet banana peppers.
