HOW TO ENTER: Visit the Gogo Facebook page at www.facebook.com/gogo (the "Website"), and follow instructions to complete the entry process with the information required, either instantly via Facebook connect (which requires a Facebook account and "liking" the Gogo Facebook page, both of which are completely free), or via email by completing an entry from with all requested information. You may also be given the option to choose to receive promotional messages from the Sponsor; however, your election to do so is optional and will not affect your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address regardless of the method selected above. In addition, after you submit an entry using the online procedure described above, you may also obtain one (1) additional entry by posting a message about your entry on Twitter using the method described on the Sweepstakes page on the Website. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Any information submitted by you will be subject to the privacy policy posted on the Website or at www.gogoair.com. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Entries in excess of the limits listed above are void, and any attempt to submit excess entries may result in disqualification.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Two (2) winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be held on or about 4/17/2013. The potential winners will be notified by telephone, mail and/or email using the contact information given at the time of entry. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within 5 days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE/ODDS: Two Grand Prizes: A "Stay in Control" Package comprising the following items: A Logitech Alert Master home security camera kit (ARV $349); A Logitech Alert Indoor add-on camera (ARV $299); A Nest thermostat $249; A Schalge Nexia remote door lock master kit (ARV $299); Schalge Nexia remote home sensors (ARV $199); A Netatmos home remote weather station (ARV) $179. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of each Grand Prize is $1574. Any images depicted on the Website or in any advertisements for the Sweepstakes are for illustration only. Company and product names for prize components are trademarks of the respective manufacturers, none of which is a sponsor of or affiliated in any way with this Sweepstakes. No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except in Sponsor's discretion. A substitute of comparable or greater value may be awarded if any prize listed becomes unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
