Contest Subject to LPG (Litfuse Publicity Group) Official Rules: In addition to these contest rules ("Specific Contest Rules"), this Contest, all Entrants and all entries are subject to Litfuse Publicity Group Official Contest Rules ("Official Rules") and applicable law. Eligibility: Bodie & Brock Thoene's "When Jesus Wept" iPad Mini Giveaway! ("Contest") is only open to individuals age eighteen (18) or older who reside in the United States ("Entrants"). Entry: Entrants may enter the Contest through the Promotions tab on the Bodie and Brock Author page on Facebook, twitter link or website link associated with this contest. Each Entrant may only submit one entry using Facebook, Twitter or Email. Submission of more than the permitted number of entries renders all entries from the relevant Entrant ineligible for the Contest. To enter without using Facebook, Twitter or Email, Entrants may clearly hand-print their full legal name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and the words "Bodie & Brock Thoene's "When Jesus Wept" iPad Mini Giveaway" on a 3″ × 5″ card ("Entry Card") and mail the Entry Card to LPG [19011 8th AVE NE, Shoreline, WA 98155]. Z & LPG are responsible for [will pay] shipping costs on the Prize. WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of Prizes will be permitted. Winner will be notified by email on 4/23/13 and identified on the LPG websites. Entries constitute permission for the Winning Entrant's name (but not the Entrant's other personal information) to be displayed on the Website, on Facebook and on other Internet websites owned and/or operated by Sponsors as the Winner of the Contest. To claim the Prize the Winner must follow the instructions contained in the notification email on or before 4/30/13. As a condition of being awarded a Prize, the Contest sponsors may, at their sole discretion, require the Winner to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability.
