1. Promotion Entry Period: The YoCrunch® Snack Like a Winner Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on April 1, 2013, at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT"), and ends on April 21, 2013, at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT ("Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes is subject to the terms and conditions of these official rules ("Official Rules").

2. How to Enter: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must have a non-private Twitter account and be a follower of @YoCrunch on Twitter. If you don't already have a Twitter account, you can sign up for one at no charge by visiting https://twitter.com/signup. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Service in order to create a Twitter account. To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Promotion Period, submit a "Tweet" of one hundred forty (140) characters or less describing why you or your family likes to snack on YoCrunch ("Statement"). Statement must include the hashtag #snacklikeawinner and the Twitter handle "@yocrunch" in order to be a valid entry. Limit one (1) entry per person/Twitter account per day. A day is defined as commencing at 12:00:00 a.m. CDT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT. Entries must be received with all required elements no later than 11:59:59 p.m. CDT of the applicable day during the Promotion Period to be eligible for a daily drawing. For clarity, a "retweet" of a Tweet will not be considered an eligible entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or claim a prize. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Use of multiple Twitter accounts to enter more than once per day during the Promotion Period may result in disqualification. Automated methods of entry are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs may result in disqualification.

5. Daily Prizes: Twenty-one (21) winners, one (1) per day of the Promotion Period, will each receive $150.00 (awarded in the form of a check). Total ARV of all prizes: $3,150.00. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution of a prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. All taxes on a prize, if any, are solely the responsibility of the applicable winner.
