Instant Win Game begins on April 1, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 30, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). There will be no Instant Win Game prizes awarded on April 26, 2013 through April 28, 2013.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state, whichever is older at the time of entry.
