MLB Chevrolet Impala Sweepstakes ~ 5/15/13

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/30/13 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 5/15/13.

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 3/30/13.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid e-mail address for the duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of online or mobile device method of entry.

Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 5/22/13 by Administrator, an independent judging organization. The first randomly selected potential winner that answers a telephone call placed by P/S/T notifying him/her of his/her potential winning status and who agrees to accept the prize will be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules. Messages will not be left on answering machines or with live persons, and if an individual declines prize or is not available for any reason when called, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and, at Administrator's discretion, an alternate winner will be selected.

(1) Grand Prize: A prize package consisting of the following:

1) 2014 Chevrolet Impala 4-door Sedan LTZ w/2LZ (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP") of automobile=$40,550) and

2) A 4-day/3-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) to attend the 2013 MLB All-Star Game exhibition in New York, NY consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner's residence in the U.S. to a major U.S. gateway airport near New York, NY; standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms), up to four (4) tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and guests to attend the following events: MLB FanFest, MLB Home Run Derby, MLB Gala, and 2013 MLB All-Star Game, four (4) VIP on-field passes to go on-field to view batting practice prior to the Home Run Derby, VIP ground transportation chauffer services in Chevrolet vehicles to/from airport, hotel and stadium, one (1) $500 Gift Card for winner and each guest (for a maximum total of (4) gift cards) which can be used to purchase meals, souvenirs, and any additional ground transportation while on trip (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of trip=$9,000).

Total ARV of Prize Package=$49,550. 2014 Chevrolet Impala 4dr Sedan LTZ w/2LZ ARV based on 2014 MSRP of a base model with available manufacturer upgrades. Grand Prize winner has the option of selecting any other 2014 Chevrolet model vehicle (excluding commercial vehicles) whose MSRP does not exceed $40,550; however, if Chevrolet model is selected with an MSRP of less than $40,550 winner will NOT receive the difference in prize value. Grand Prize winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. Winner must take delivery of Grand Prize vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from the Chevrolet dealership near winner's residence designated by Administrator, or the Grand Prize vehicle will be forfeited. Grand Prize winner shall be required to personally accept delivery of the vehicle at the designated dealership and present adequate personal identification. Released Parties are not responsible for delays in delivery of the vehicle. Grand Prize winner will be required to provide proof of possessing a valid U.S. automobile driver's license in good standing as well as appropriate automobile motor vehicle insurance prior to the vehicle being awarded. If the Grand Prize winner fails to provide such proof of possessing a valid automobile driver's license and/or appropriate automobile motor vehicle insurance within five (5) days of prize notification, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Grand Prize winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her vehicle after he/she has taken delivery of vehicle. Exact model, color, and options of vehicle and exact vehicle to be awarded are at the sole discretion of GM and subject to availability from manufacturer. EXCEPT AS STATED IN THE MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE VEHICLE, THE RELEASED PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE VEHICLE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Grand Prize winner acknowledges and agrees that installations or alterations to the vehicle's original equipment or chassis as distributed by GM may void the GM New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Vehicle pictured in any advertising surrounding this Promotion may not be the actual vehicle awarded. All prize details are at GM's sole discretion.

Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations at the 2013 All-Star Game and events shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Administrator and/or MLBAM, as applicable. Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if winner resides within one-hundred (100) miles of New York, NY (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). VIP chauffer services in Chevrolet vehicles are only available between certain hours designated by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Administrator or prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator's discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Drawing. If any 2013 MLB All-Star event or any other prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less attendance to the applicable 2013 MLB All-Star event(s) and Administrator will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of approximately comparable or greater value as determined solely by Administrator. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's agent and on a carrier of Administrator's choice. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest(s) are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. The Grand Prize Winner's guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age) unless the child or legal ward of the Grand Prize Winner. All prize details are at Administrator's sole discretion. 2013 MLB All-Star Game and event dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and may be subject to change. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all Major League Baseball and Major League Baseball Club stadium rules and regulations relating to the use of 2013 MLB All-Star Game and/or event tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Administrator and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to Grand Prize Winner and/or any guest who acts(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the 2013 MLB All-Star Game or event(s). The Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural or man-made disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the 2013 MLB All-Star Game or any event. Tickets awarded as part of the Grand Prize may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game ticket(s). Certain travel restrictions may apply.
