Giveaway entry period begins on April 1, 2013 at 8 a.m. central standard time ("CST") and ends at 11:59 a.m. on May 20, 2013 CST.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia over the age of 16 with access to the Internet at all times during the Giveaway and subsequent prize-award period,

Limit one online entry per person, per e-mail address during the Giveaway Period, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.
The potential prize winners will be selected in random drawings, one to be held each day for 50 consecutive days beginning April 1, 2013, with the last drawing being held on May 20, 2013. The potential winners (or in the case of a Minor, his or her parent or legal guardian) will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner's entry within 72 hours after the applicable Drawing.
PRIZES: One Fitbit One with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $99.00 will be given away at each Drawing. A total of 50 prizes will be awarded. The total ARV for all prizes is $4,950.00.
