Sweepstakes begins on April 25, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 9, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
one (1) Sony 3D Blue-ray Home Theater System (ARV $750.00)
one (1) Sony 40" TV, R450 Series LED HDTV (ARV $499.99)
one (1) Sony Reader (ARV $129.00)
one (1) $100 Sony Reader Store gift card (ARV $100.00) for purposes of downloading the Mortal Instruments five (5) part book series
one hundred dollars ($100.00) in the form of snacks and drinks for a private screening party of exclusive Mortal Instruments content for the Grand Prize winner and ten (10) of his/her friends to be held at the winner's home or such location as may be selected by the winner. For purposes of clarity, neither Sponsor nor the Promotion Entities shall in any way be responsible for providing the venue for such party and no audio or visual recording or photography of any nature shall be permitted at the screening party.
Ten (10) friends of the Grand Prize winner will each receive:
