BIC® Soleil® 100 Day Beach Blast Promotion ~ 8/8/13 (facebook)

Promotion begins on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 12:00:00 A.M. ET and ends on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET. Promotion is comprised of an Instant Win Game and a Grand Prize Sweepstakes.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Once you have submitted your registration and played the Instant Win Game one time, you may return to play the Instant Win Game each subsequent day during the Promotion Period by submitting the information requested for "Quick Entry" on the Facebook tab by entering your email address, CAPTCHA code and playing the game.

Limit one (1) Instant Win Game play per person/email address per day throughout the Promotion Period.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes: Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes with each valid Instant Win Game play. Instant Win Game prize winners may continue to submit entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes each day by clicking the "Quick Entry" button on the Facebook tab and submitting the entrant's email address and entering the Captcha code.

Limit one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry per person/email address per day throughout the Promotion Period. Every entry must be manually key-stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant.

Limit one (1) Instant Win Game Prize per person/e-mail address/per household during the Promotion Period. Entrants who have won an Instant Win Game prize remain eligible to win a Grand Prize.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prizes: Seven (7) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas scheduled for April 4, 2014 to April 7, 2014. Grand Prize trip includes:
- Round trip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest from a major metropolitan airport near the Grand Prize Winner's home to Nassau, Bahamas;
- Round trip ground transportation between the Grand Prize Winner's home and airport, and between Nassau, Bahamas airport and the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort;
- Three (3) nights and four (4) days, single room (double-occupancy) hotel accommodations;
- Atlantis Dining Plan for three (3) nights and four (4) days;
- A group welcome dinner on evening of arrival; and
- One (1) activity of choice for Grand Prize Winner and guest. (Activity is of winner's choice, up to $200 including tax and tip, and may be provided by the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort or through an outside vendor.)

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $5,250, each. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be able to travel on dates determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the designated travel dates. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is unable to accept the Grand Prize as awarded by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited,

Total ARV of all Promotion prizes: $110,088.
