Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. CDT ("Central Daylight Time") on April 28, 2013 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on May 11, 2013.

Open only to U.S., D.C. and Canadian residents (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec) who are physically located in the U.S., D.C. or Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) and are the age of majority in (their respective state or province) older at the time of entry.

Complete the entry as directed and submit/upload your photo of yourself with your mother.

Acceptable image formats are jpg, .gif, .png; images must not exceed 750 MB. All photos submitted must be your original creation and you must own all rights, title and interest in all aspects of the photo. Images that are deemed to be primarily computer illustrations rather than photo-based work will be disqualified. By submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that the photo submitted is: (a) your original creation in accordance with these Rules, (b) has not been copied in whole or in part from any other work; (c) does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other proprietary right of any person or entity; and (d) is your sole and exclusive property (if the photo was taken by some other person, you warrant and represent that you have obtained all rights and permission from the person who took the photograph so that you own all rights, title and interest in all aspects of the photo).

For purposes of clarity, participants cannot submit more than one photo of themselves with their mother.

Sponsor will select the winner at random on May 12, 2013.
