Sweepstakes begins on April 30, 2013 at approximately 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on May 26, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia), but excluding residents of Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

You may submit one (1) Entry Form for each for the four (4) Weekly Entry Periods, even if you have been drawn as a winner in a previous Weekly Entry Period. Non-winning entries for each Weekly Entry Period will not carry over to subsequent Weekly Entry Periods. Each Entry Form received during the Sweepstakes Period, including those of the Weekly Entry Period winners, will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize drawing at the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit: One (1) Entry per person, per Weekly Entry Period.
Sweepstakes consists of four (4) Weekly Entry Periods as follows:
The winner for each of the Weekly Entry Periods will be selected based on random drawing. Winners will be drawn within one (1) week after the close of the Weekly Entry Period. The winner of the Grand Prize pack will be selected based on random drawing from among all the entries received for each Weekly Entry Period, including those of the winners from each Weekly Entry Period. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn within one (1) week of the Fourth Weekly Entry Period. Sponsor will notify winners via email to the address provided in the winner's Entry Form.

There are a total of four (4) Weekly Entry Periods during the Sweepstakes Period. There will be one (1) winner selected for each Weekly Entry Period (a total of four (4) Weekly Entry winners during the Sweepstakes). One (1) Weekly Entry Prize Pack will be awarded to the winner of each Weekly Entry Period. There will be one (1) winner selected for a Grand Prize Pack at the end of the Fourth Weekly Entry Period.
