open to legal U.S. residents who reside in a serviceable area of Time Warner Cable or Insight Communications and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN TX, VA, WA, WV, or WI and 18 years of age or older.

Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA, June 16-18, 2013 to attend the red carpet Premiere of "Monsters University" ("Premiere") on June 17, 2013. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. Gateway airport nearest winner's residence to Los Angeles, CA (up to $500 per person and selected in Sponsor's sole discretion); standard hotel accommodations [one (1) room, double occupancy, room and tax only] for three (3) days and two (2) nights at a designated Delta Vacations hotel selected in Sponsor's sole discretion, valued at up to $700, transfers to and from airport in Los Angeles, two (2) tickets to the Premiere ("Tickets"), one (1) year of the best available Digital TV [plus equipment – one (1) set-top box and remote control] and Standard Internet service (as determined by the entrant's state/region)], a Sponsor-selected tablet PC, and a Sponsor-selected "Monsters University" prize pack. The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $3,750
Three (3) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Sponsor-selected tablet device and one (1) sponsor-selected "Monsters University" prize pack. The ARV of each First Prize is $550.
Five (5) Second Prizes are available: Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) Sponsor-selected "Monsters University" prize pack. The ARV of each Second Prize is $100.
