1. ELIGIBILITY: The "$250 Citiblocs Gift Card" Giveaway ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is open and offered only to educational institutions and/or places of business within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and will not be issued to any individual. Only one entry per person. All information on the entry form must be filled in completely including first and last name, and email address along with the information of school, institution, community center, play center, learning center, daycare facility or places of learning and/or development. Multiple or incomplete entries may be cause for disqualification. Employees, officers and directors of Citiblocs ("Sponsor") and members of the immediate family (spouse, children, siblings, parents) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of each said employee, officer or director are ineligible. By participating, entrants (and each entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited. Winners of previous Citiblocs contests are not eligible to win another Official Citiblocs sweepstakes or contest within a 90-day period.
2. PRIZE: ONE (1) $250 Citiblocs Gift Card Terms and conditions of gift cards apply. Prize is non-transferable for products or cash and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Citiblocs' sole discretion. Citiblocs reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Total retail value of the prize: $250.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on Wednesday May 1, 2013 at 12:00 A.M. PST and ends on Wednesday May 15, 2013 at 11:59:59 P.M. PDT. The Promotion computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.
