Daily Prize Drawings: One (1) daily-prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all
eligible entries received for each Daily Prize Period, for a total of thirty (30) daily prize winners over the
course of the entire Sweepstakes. Each drawing will take place within approximately seven (7) business
days after the close of the applicable Daily Prize Period.
Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) grand-prize winner, three (3) first-prize winners, ten (10) second-prize
winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about June 6, 2013.
First Prizes: If properly claimed, one (1) first-prize package will be awarded to each of the three (3) firstprize winners. Each first-prize package consists solely of the following: one (1) Samsung 55" HDTV and
one (1) CineMate Series II digital home theater speaker system. The ARV of each first-prize package is
$1,500.
Second Prizes: If properly claimed, one (1) second-prize package will be awarded to each of the ten (10)
second-prize winners. Each second-prize package consists solely of the following: one (1) 16GB, Wi-Fionly Apple iPad mini tablet computer and one (1) pair of Beats by Dre wireless on-ear headphones. The
ARV of each first-prize package is $608.
Daily Prizes: If properly claimed, each of the thirty (30) daily prize winners will receive a randomly
selected prize from among items then remaining in the available pool of daily prizes (the "Daily Prize
Pool"). At start of the Sweepstakes, the Daily Prize Pool will consist solely of the following available
prizes: ten (10) 16GB, Wi-Fi-only Apple iPad mini tablet computers (ARV of each: $329), ten (10)
CineMate Series II digital home theater speaker systems (ARV of each: $500), and ten (10) Samsung 46"
HDTVs (ARV of each: $600). The total ARV of all prizes in the Daily Prize Pool is $14,290.

Sweepstakes is a closed promotion open only to Dish Network residential subscribers in good standing as of April 28, 2013, who are legal residents of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of
age or older at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is void in Alaska; Hawaii; all U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), possessions, and overseas military installations; and where prohibited by law.
Grand Prize: If properly claimed, the following grand-prize package will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one (1) grand prize winner (subject to verification): a Weekend of Comedy trip for grand prize winner and one (1) guest on Sponsor-selected dates on or about August 2, 2013, through August 4, 2013, to Chicago, Illinois. The trip consists solely of the following for use only by grand prize winner and his or her guest: two (2) round-trip, economy-class airfare tickets from a Sponsor-selected airport near the winner's residence in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia to a Sponsor-selected airport in or near Chicago; hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a Sponsor-selected hotel in or around Chicago; two (2) tickets to an August 3, 2013, performance by comedian Marc Maron; two (2) tickets to a performance at the Second City theatre (date and time to be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion); and one (1) payment of $500.00 US, in cash or a prepaid card (medium determined in Sponsor's sole discretion; prepaid card may be subject to additional terms). Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the grand prize: $4,800.
Total ARV of all prizes offered in this Sweepstakes: $29,670. Limit one (1) prize per person.
