open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older
begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on May 3, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on May 13, 2013
upload a photo that expresses the theme of showing that you are a "BIG FAN" of your favorite
NBA team ("Entry").
Limit one (1) entry per person.
Entries will be judged by the Panel on the following judging criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
(a) Creativity; (b) Integration of Team Merchandising; and (c) Integration of Team
Memorabilia Photo composition.
PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize (2): (one for the Big Fan Winner of the 2013 Eastern
Conference Champion and one for the Big Fan Winner of the 2013 Western Conference
Champion): A 2013 NBA Finals viewing party at the winner's home ("Event") for up to
fifteen (15) people. Event will be hosted by an NBA Legend (subject to availability) and
includes: one (1) 42" HDTV, one (1) surround sound system, one (1) DVD player
(winner responsible for all installation/set-up of electronics, which remain the property of
the winner following the event), NBA branded merchandise (contents to be determined
by Sponsor at a later date), one (1) $200.00 NBAstore.com gift card and limited food
and beverage. Event will be held during Game 4 of the 2013 NBA Finals with a 2-hour
appearance by an NBA Legend. Event date will be determined by Sponsor, in
Sponsor's sole discretion, and is subject to availability and change. If winner's home is
not suitable to host the Event, a mutually agreeable location will then be determined.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,500.00.
Big Fan Prize (8): Each winner will receive one (1) $100.00 NBAstore.com gift
card. ARV: $100.00
First Prize (1): Winner will receive one (1) $200.00 NBAstore.com gift card.
ARV: $200.00.
Second Prizes (15): Each winner will receive one (1) $100.00 NBAstore.com gift
card. ARV: $100.00.
Total ARV of all prizes: $9,400.00.
