My truck was broken into and my Chromebook I won on SD was taken...:( NEW *****UPDATE!!! Post 188 Police put it on FB finally!!!!!!

What a bad day it was. I went into the gym to workout and someone opened up my truck and took my new Chromebook. The one I just won in Dec from SD. Crying I always lock my doors. But I have no damage to the doors. Did I forget and leave them unlocked? That would be so unlike me. The cop said that it is possible that they were able to jimmy the locks without leaving any damage to the door. Sadwalk

I HATE FARKING THEFTS! Mad

Probably, it was a FREE car; the other guy probably needed it more than me anyways. Besides I could probably write off the "stolen" item and reduce my tax burden.

On the other hand, if I worked for the car and it was stolen then I would probably be angry. Then I would realize I do not have cut rate insurance and I would most likely get a brand new car anyways. WIN WIN situation.
Ok now you win the powerball lotto the first time you played. Someone gave you 2 bucks to buy the winning ticket. 450 million dollars. Someone robs you takes it all and your insurance doesnt cover it.

It was free and you didnt work for it, right? So be cheery and go on your merry way. The robber probably needed it more than you, right?

I'll humor the troll too. Let's not leave out if presents from friends and family were to be stolen. :troutslap: Nollywood

I think he is either too dumb to understand what you are saying or just trolling.

A very highly unrealistic scenario, it's like comparing apples to oranges at this point.

If the item could be replaced for free I could understand your position. I highly doubt you'd simply not be upset if something of yours was stolen, regardless of how you acquired it.

I agree PiratePenguin's scenario is extremely far fetched and lacks the personal attachment. Noticed that Nollywood ignores mine? Maybe Nollywood was orphaned and has no friends. wave

I had to remove all the Info that tells were I live do to lounge stalkers. But the police finally posted pic and stuff on FB!

On May 8, 2013 between approximately 6:21 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. three vehicles were burglarized at XXXXXXXXXX. Within 15 minutes 2 Asian males began using the victim's credit cards at Walt-Mart on 4th St and Gilmer Rd. The cars were also used at Best Buy and Bed, Bath, and Beyond. In all, approximately $5,000. was charged to 3 different cards. The suspects are believed to be driving a dark grey Chevrolet Silverado 4-door truck. The truck may have a paper tag taped over the license plate. The right front bumper is also believed to have a dent in it. The Asian male pictured in the white Under Armour shirt does walk with a slight limp to his right leg.

Will post the Pic when I get off work.
