One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for four people to Grand Canyon National Park. The prize trip consists
of round trip coach air travel for four (4) people from a major commercial airport near winner's
residence (as determined by Sponsor), double occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights,
use of a rental car (subject to all car rental agency qualifications and restrictions), activities suggested
by Sponsor, and $500 spending money. Expenses not specified are winner's responsibility. Total
approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize may not exceed $5,500. Actual value will be
determined by winner's residence and seasonal rates. Travel and accommodations are subject to
availability and certain restrictions; blackout dates may apply. Air carriers, hotels and other
transportation selected by Sponsor. Winner and guests must travel at the same time on the same
itinerary and must comply with all applicable security and other requirements of the airline, hotel,
rental car company and local attractions. Travel must be completed by August 31, 2014, or prize will
be forfeited in its entirety. Travelers are responsible for any travel insurance and for all trip expenses
not specified. Winner or one of winner's guests must be 25 years of age or older and must have a
valid U.S. driver's license in his/her state of residency, appropriate motor vehicle insurance, and a
major credit card to secure the rental car.
Ten (10) First Prize winners will be chosen from among entries received for each week ofthe
Sweepstakes Period to receive a North America coffee table book, ARV $30. A total of fifty (50)
First Prizes will be awarded.
Limit one (1) prize per person. No prize transfer or cash redemption permitted. No prize
substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, safety or security
considerations, or any other reason as solely determined by Sponsor, in which case a prize of
comparable or greater value will be awarded.
