open ONLY to legal residents of GA, IL, WI, MI, IN, TX, CA, FL, NY, CT,
NJ, PA, and District of Columbia ("D.C.") who are age 18 or older

Maximum of one Entry per person or per valid email address during the entire
Registration Period.

Prize Awards & Delivery:
(1) First Prize: Up to twenty-five (25) First Prizes will be awarded in connection with the First Prize Drawing portion of the Sweepstakes. The Potential Winners of the First Prizes ("First Prize Winner(s)") will be selected by random drawing to be held on the Random Drawing Date from among all eligible Entries received. The First Prize drawing will be conducted by Sweepstakes Administrator or its designee, using randomization methods selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The First Prize shall consist of a Blu-ray of the motion picture,"Texas Chainsaw 3-D" ("Bonus Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each First Prize is $39.99. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $999.75. One (1) First Prize will be shipped to each eligible FirstPrize Winner and will arrive approximately 4-6 weeks after prize acceptance.

Grand Prize – Trip to Miami Madness Festival in Miami, FL: Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in connection with the Grand Prize drawing portion of the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will be selected by random drawing to be held on the Random Drawing Date from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period.
The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted by Sweepstakes Administrator or its designee,
using randomization methods selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip for (2) to the 2013 Miami Madness Festival in Miami, FL with an approximate retail value not to exceed $3,400. The trip includes:
 Round-trip, coach-class airfare for two (2) (Grand Prize Winner and guest) from the
nearest major metropolitan airport to the Grand Prize Winner's home as designated
by Sponsor to Miami, FL scheduled to depart on 5/24/2013 and return on
5/27/2013. Actual departure date, times, and airline based upon availability and will
be solely determined by Sponsor.
 Three (3)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at hotel
designated by Sponsor arriving 5/24/2013 and departing 5/27/2013 in the Miami, FL
area.
 Two (2) tickets to a Miami Madness Festival daytime event on 5/24/2013 Two (2) tickets to a Miami Madness Festival daytime event on 5/25/2013
 Two (2) tickets to a Miami Madness Festival daytime event on 5/26/2013

Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving a total of $3,400.00 in cash in
lieu of the Grand Prize.
