Each time you make a Western Union Money Transfer, Bill Pay or Money Order transaction through a participating Safeway, Carr's, Dominick's, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb or VONS Agent location during each day of the Promotion Period ("Qualifying Transaction"); you will automatically receive an Instant Win Game Code.
To receive a Code without making a Qualifying Transaction, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, by 6/13/13 to: Western Union Weekly Giveaway Game Code Request, P. O. Box 601, Garden City, NY 11530-0601, Attn: MM. Limit one mail-in Game Code request per envelope. Game Codes may only be used once during the entire Promotion Period, a new Game Code must be used on all subsequent game plays.

Timing: begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 5/1/2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/25/2013

Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the following States: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, DE, HI, ID, IL, MD, MT, NE, NM, NV, OR, SD, TX, VA, WA, WY, having a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN), and who are 18 years of age or older as of 5/1/2013.
