Amazon Kindle Summer Reading Sweepstakes ~ 8/15/13

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on May 17, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on August 15, 2013.

If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

To enter, you must visit www.amazon.com/b/?node=6698348011 and complete the online entry form, including the name, address and phone number of the school you nominate to receive the Sweepstakes prize ("Nominated School").

Each Nominated School must: (a) be a primary or secondary-level school with 50 or more enrolled students; (b) be located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; (c) not be a home school; and (d) be accredited by a nationally recognized, regional accrediting agency in the U.S. By submitting an entry and nominating a school, each entrant represents and warrants that he/she has permission from the Nominated School to submit the Nominated School into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one entry per person and e-mail address.

Prize. One Nominated School will receive the prize which consists of 50 Kindle devices (without Special Offers, Wi-Fi, 6" Display) [approximate retail value ("ARV") $89.00 each device]. Total ARV of all prizes is $4,450.00. The winning Nominated School will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winning Nominated School in receiving or using the prize. The winning Nominated School may be required to submit its social security number or tax payer ID number to Sponsor in order to claim the prize.
