You must be a legal resident of the United States living in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan or Ohio and 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per day.
PRIZE, ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE and APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): The prizes for the Sweepstakes consist of the following (collectively, the "Prizes"). ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE - a Falls Creek Shopping Spree with a Personal Shopper which consists of shopping with a Personal Shopper to help choose a new Falls Creek wardrobe valued at up to $500. The Winner must choose a Meijer store that carries Falls Creek apparel and meet the Personal Shopper to obtain the Falls Creek apparel. The Personal Shopper will be determined based on the location of the Meijer store chosen by the Winner (ARV: $500). TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES – consisting of a $100 Falls Creek Shopping Spree, awarded as a $100 Meijer Gift Card, ARV: $100. Total ARV for all Prizes is $1,500.
