Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for one (1) winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2013 FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX weekend in Austin, Texas. Grand Prize trip includes 2 Grandstand tickets to the 2013 FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX, coach class, round-trip air transportation from the nearest major U.S. airport to the winner's residence to Austin, Texas, four (4) days and three (3) night accommodation in a hotel in Austin, Texas, single room, double occupancy. The date of the Grand Prize trip will be from Friday November 15th 2013 through Monday November 18th 2013. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,500.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
1) Automatic Entry With a Qualifying Mail-In Rebate. You will be automatically entered (limited to 1 entry) when you submit a fully complete mail-in rebate form in accordance with the Pirelli 2013 Up to $80 Mail-In Rebate Offer Terms & Conditions (the "Rebate Terms & Conditions"). Your automatic entry is subject to compliance with the Rebate Terms & Conditions. To comply with the Rebate Terms & Conditions, qualifying tires must be purchased between May 24, 2013 and July 7, 2013 and a fully complete mail-in rebate form must be postmarked by August 7, 2013 and received by August 12, 2013 ("Automatic Entry Period"). The rebate offer and automatic entry in the Sweepstakes are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Pirelli 2013 Up to $80 mail-in rebate. Automatic entry into the Sweepstakes (Entry Method 1) is subject to compliance with the Rebate Terms & Conditions. Failure to submit a qualifying mail-in rebate form or otherwise failing to comply with the Rebate Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification of the rebate claimant's automatic entry into the Sweepstakes. Rebate claimants may also enter the Sweepstakes online during the Online Entry Period (Entry Method 2). Disqualification of a rebate claimant's automatic entry will not result in automatic disqualification of the rebate claimant's online entry, provided it was submitted in compliance with the Sweepstakes' Official Rules. Only one (1) valid entry per person will be considered. All subsequent entries, including automatic entry, will be void.
