Limit: one (1) entry per person per day
Eligibility: open and offered only to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Prize: The Winner will receive one (1) prize that consists solely of: A day fishing trip to Willow Bay, located near Bradford, Pa., with Zippo/Case Fishing Team Captain Doug Yohe, Pennsylvania State fishing license, Round-trip (coach class) air transportation for two from the nearest major airport to the winner's home address, transportation to and from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, two (2) nights hotel accommodations, $250 cash, and $100 Zippo/Case Museum gift certificate (Total ARV: $2,500). The aggregate approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500). The ARV of the prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor. The Winner is responsible for any and all taxes that may become payable by the Winner based on the approximate retail value of the Winner's prize. The date of the trip will be Friday, July 26 – Sunday. July 28, 2013, although this date is flexible based of the schedule of Winner, Sponsor, and Doug Yohe. All travel to be booked by Sponsors' designated agent. Winner and guests must travel on the same dates and on the same itinerary as solely determined by the Sponsor. Winner and guests must have proper identification documents as may be required by airlines in order to travel or hotels in order to register. Sponsor will determine and in its sole discretion, all flight schedules and hotel selection. Any and all costs, expenses and/or terms not specifically described as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
