There are 2 different games; the Sticker Game and the Online Game. The Online Game has ONLY ONE Grand Prize.

5. How to Play:

a. The Sticker Instant Win Game: You will need a Sticker to participate. Each Sticker will also contain a unique code (each a "Code") that may be used to play the Online Instant Win Game. There are 2 ways to obtain a Sticker:

i. Purchase a medium Coca-Cola® fountain beverage at a participating Fazoli's restaurant: During the Promotion Period, purchase a medium Coca-Cola® fountain beverage at a participating Fazoli's restaurant and you will receive a cup with a Sticker on the side, while supplies last. Once you have the Sticker, peel off the Sticker to see if you are an instant winner. If you are a potential winner, your sticker will include instructions on how to redeem your prize.

ii. Free Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, to obtain a Sticker without making a purchase or visiting a Fazoli's restaurant, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper along with a self-addressed stamped envelope and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "Coca-Cola/Fazoli's Italian Lotto - Free Sticker," c/o ePrize, Inc., P.O. Box 5046, Dept. # 596403, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046, to request a Sticker. Sponsor will fulfill requests while supplies last. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by September 2, 2013 and received by September 9, 2013, otherwise they will not be honored. Limit: 1 request per envelope.

For Both Methods: Once you have obtained a Sticker, peel off the Sticker to see if you are an instant winner. If you are a potential winner, your sticker will include instructions on how to redeem your prize.

b. The Online Instant Win Game: You will need a Code to participate. There are 2 ways to obtain a Code:

i. Obtain a Code from a Sticker: During the Promotion Period, obtain a Sticker via either of the methods in Section 5.a. and locate the Code.

ii. Online Code Request: To request a Code online, visit www.fazolislottalotto.com, and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the code request form, including a valid email address and you will receive a Code via automated email to participate in the Online Instant Win Game. All requests must be received by August 31, 2013.

For Both Methods: Once you have obtained a Code, visit www.fazolislottalotto.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration, including providing a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. If you are eligible, you will be prompted to enter your Code and will automatically advance to the Online Instant Win Game page where you will be instantly notified if you are a potential winner of the Grand Prize. Limit: 1 Online Instant Win Game play per person per day during the Promotion Period.

Prizes:
a. Online Instant Win Game Prize: 1 GRAND PRIZE: $50,000, awarded as a check. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $50,000. Odds of winning 1:100,000,000.

b. Sticker Instant Win Game Prizes:
4 FIRST PRIZES: A $500 Visa® gift card. ARV: $500. Odds of winning 4:735,280.

20 SECOND PRIZES: A $50 Visa® gift card. ARV: $50. Odds of winning 20:735,280.

367,628 THIRD PRIZES: A coupon redeemable for a free Spaghetti with Marinara or Meat Sauce entrée at a participating Fazoli's® Restaurant. ARV: $5.49. Odds of winning 367,628:735,280.

367,628 FOURTH PRIZES: A coupon redeemable for a Free Small Italian Lemon Ice at a participating Fazoli's® Restaurant. ARV: $1.79. Odds of winning 367,628:735,280.
