Promotion begins at 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on June 6, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. (noon) ET on August 16, 2013 (the "Promotion Period").
There are three (3) Sweepstakes Drawing Periods during the Promotion Period.
The first Sweepstakes Drawing Period begins at 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) ET on June 6, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET June 27, 2013.
The second Sweepstakes Drawing Period begins at 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) ET on June 28, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET July 18, 2013.
The third Sweepstakes Drawing Period begins at 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) ET on July 19, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. August 16, 2013.
YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT RESIDING IN ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THROUGHOUT THE PROMOTION PERIOD AND 18 YEARS OF AGE (19 in AL or NE) OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.

NO PURCHASE/NO PHOTOGRAPH NECESSARY: Hand print your name, complete address, date of birth on a 3X5 card and mail it to: Sierra Mist Life's Better Real Sweepstakes, PO Box 1199, Dept. 892-702, Young America, MN 55594-1199. Submission must be postmarked by June 27, 2013 and received by July 5, 2013 to be included in the first drawing. Submission must be postmarked by July 18, 2013 and received by July 25, 2013 to be included in the second drawing. Submission must be postmarked by August 16, 2013 and received by August 23, 2013 to be included in the third drawing.
Limit twenty (20) Submissions (regardless of method of entry) per person/address during each Sweepstakes Drawing Period).
DRAWING AND PRIZE DETAILS: At the conclusion of each Sweepstakes Drawing Period, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible Submissions received during that Sweepstakes Drawing Period. Submissions will not roll over to subsequent drawings. There will be a total of three (3) random drawings conducted to award the following prizes.
First Sweepstakes Drawing Prize: one (1) prize will be awarded consisting of a check or wire transfer in the amount of $2,500. ERV $2,500
Second Sweepstakes Drawing Prize: one (1) prize will be awarded consisting of a check or wire transfer in the amount of $2,500. ERV $2,500
Third Sweepstakes Drawing Prize: one (1) prize will be awarded consisting of a check or wire transfer in the amount of $2,500. ERV $2,500
Limit one (1) prize per person for the Promotion.

Requirements for Submissions:
o Cannot be out of focus;
o Cannot have any third party logos (e.g. other products or logos on clothing);
o Cannot have minors engaging with product. If an individual in the photograph is under the age of majority in their state of residence, they should NOT be photographed holding or drinking or actively engaging with any product;
o Must be appropriate to the theme of the Promotion;
o Must be the property of the Participant; and
o Must have written permission from all individuals identifiable in the photograph(s) (as determined by Sponsor) – if an individual in the photograph(s) is under the age of majority in their state of residence, written permission must be from the individual's parent or legal guardian;
Any Submission which does not, in Sponsor's sole discretion, comply with these Official Rules, will be disqualified from this Sweepstakes. All Submissions will be reviewed for content before being posted anywhere; however, such review does not relieve Participant from responsibility for compliance with these Official Promotion Rules. Submissions that do not comply with these Official Promotion Rules or that otherwise contain prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by the Sponsor, in their sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not be considered for prizes. Sponsor makes the final determination as to which Submissions are eligible to take part in this Promotion.
