One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize includes: (i) round trip, coach class airfare from
the major airport nearest the winner's residence (selected at the discretion of
Sponsor/Administrator) to Las Vegas, Nevada for winner and up to three (3)
guests; (ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations in two (2) double occupancy
rooms at The Palms hotel; and (iii) $1,500 cash. The total Approximate Retail
Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $3,300.
B. One (1) First Prize: First Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the
September 15, 2013 Chicago Bears game versus the Minnesota, Vikings at
Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois. ARV of Second Prize is $350.
C. One (1) Second Prize: Second Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the
September 8, 2013 Chicago Bears game versus the Cincinnati Bengals at Soldier
Field in Chicago, Illinois. ARV of Second Prize is $350.
D. One (1) Third Prize: Third Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the August
13, 2013 Chicago White Sox game versus the Detroit Tigers at U.S. Cellular Field
in Chicago, Illinois. ARV of Third Prize is $150.
E. One (1) Fourth Prize: Fourth Prize winner will receive four (4) lawn seat tickets
to the July 23, 2013 OneRepublic concert at The Pavilion at Ravinia in Highland
Park, Illinois. ARV of Fourth Prize is $108.
F. One (1) Fifth Prize: Fifth Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the July 14,
2013 Chicago Cubs game versus the St. Louis Cardinals at Wrigley Field in
