Promotion begins June 20, 2013 and ends on July 14, 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will award 100 pens every hour for 14 hours each day during 8:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and 10:00:00 p.m. ET (each hour is a separate "Giveaway Period").
Promotion will consist of a total of 350 separate Giveaway Periods and each Giveaway Period is its own separate and distinct promotion.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit one entry per person/email address per Giveaway Period.
Prizes will be awarded each hour based on a random time date stamp and those entrants will have the opportunity to receive one (1) BIC Atlantis® Ball Pen (the "Prize").
Each winner will receive one (1) BIC Atlantis® Ball Pen in black ink (ARV: $0.84 each). The total ARV of all prizes for each Giveaway Period is approximately $84.00.
Limit one (1) Prize per person/e-mail address throughout the entire Promotion Period.
