The following Promotion is intended for play in the United States and Canada only, and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. and Canadian law. Do not enter this Contest if you are not located in the U.S. or Canada at the time of entry. The Mr. Coffee® "How Do You Brew?" Contest ("Promotion" or "Contest") is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are the age of majority in his/her state (or province) of residence at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members of Sunbeam Products, Inc. d/b/a Jarden Consumer Solutions, 2381 NW Executive Center Drive, Boca Raton, FL 33431 (the "Sponsor"), its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and Contest agencies and any other persons or entities associated with this Contest (collectively, "Released Parties") are ineligible to enter or win. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules (as defined below) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize in contingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements set forth herein ("Official Rules"). Void where prohibited by law. TIMING: The Contest will be defined by the two (2) following time periods:

The Submission Period ("Submission Period") - 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 17, 2013 through 12:00:00 p.m. ET on June 30, 2013.
The Judging Period ("Judging Period") - 12:00:01 p.m. ET on July 1, 2013 through 12:00:00 p.m. ET on July 10, 2013.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Submission Period, eligible Entrants ("Entrants") can enter the Contest via Pinterest by completing the following steps:

Visit the Contest Website (https://www.facebook.com/mrcoffee) and complete the Sweepstakes registration form located within "How Do You Brew?" Contest application/tab.
Using your Pinterest account create a board entitled 'Mr. Coffee® Brand Contest'
Pin (at least) five (5) images to the board. Pinned images must be as follows:

(At least) three (3) other images representing coffee humor, inspirational or motivational all showing your personality

NOTE: Entrants must tag all images with the hashtag, '#mrcoffee' By following and successfully completing the above entry instructions (the "Entry"), Entrants will receive one (1) Entry into the Contest. Once submitted, an Entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. Limit one (1) Entry per person per Pinterest account during the Submission Period. Any violation or attempt to violate this restriction may cause Sponsor to disqualify all of such person's eligible entries. All entries must be received by 12:00:00 p.m. ET on June 30, 2013, in order to be eligible. ADDITIONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS: The Entrant is responsible for all costs associated with the Entry. Incomplete entries, or those containing incorrect information, will be voided. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits more than maximum allowed entries. By participating in this Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. By entering this Contest, Entrants agree that each Entry becomes the property of Sponsor and that the Sponsor may use the Entry for any proper promotional purpose. Any personally identifiable information collected during an Entrant's participation in this Contest will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor, their respective affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Contest as described in these Official Rules. If a submitted Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the Entrant and/or are subject to the rights of third parties, the Entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness releases for any person who mentioned within the Entry (collectively, the "Clearances"). By submitting a completed Entry, the Entrant warrants and represents that he or she consents to the submission and use of the Entry in the Contest, and to its posting on the Internet in connection with the Contest. Entries may not contain any of the following: i) Materials which include or constitute trademarks, trade names or copyrighted works created or owned by any person or entity other than Entrant or for which the Entrant has not obtained owner's permission to use; ii) Materials which contain profanities, or bearing the name or likeness of any celebrity, living or dead; iii) Materials which contain visible phone numbers, website links, street addresses, e-mail addresses or license plate numbers; iv) Materials which contain behavior inappropriate for a general audience; v) Materials which contain nudity or any depiction of real or simulated sexual acts; vi) Materials which contain extensive or gratuitous violence; vii) Materials which violate anyone's privacy rights, violate any confidentiality or employment agreement, or which are defamatory; viii) Materials which are derogatory to Sponsor, or any affiliated entity or person; ix) Materials which are discriminatory based on race, religion, national origin, physical disability, age, sex, or sexual orientation or preference; x) Materials in which any person identifiably appears where no appropriate written release has been obtained from such person granting all rights required herein; xi) Materials which do not comport with the Entry requirements. Entries which do not conform to these guidelines will be disqualified. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to verify at any time during the Contest that all necessary Clearances have been obtained and to disqualify and remove any Entry if it believes that the necessary Clearances have not been obtained. JUDGING PERIOD/WINNER DETEMINATION: During the Judging Period, each Entry will be reviewed by a qualified judge or panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor. Each Entry will be judged based on the clear relationship between the submission and the following criteria: Creativity of the Pinterest board (34%), originality of the Entry (33%), and overall consumer appeal of the Entry (33%). The number of prizes awarded will be determined by the Sponsor's judging of the Entries AND the amount of eligible entries received. The Sponsor will award one (1) prize for every ten (10) eligible entries received. No more than one hundred (100) prizes will be awarded. All decisions of the Sponsor (and appointed judge(s)) are final and binding. All prize winners will be notified by the Sponsor via email or USPS mail. PRIZES & PRIZE CONDITIONS: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a Mr. Coffee® café latte machine (ARV - $100/per). No transfer of prize will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the aforementioned prize is not available. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHO'S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, if potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected for the prize at issue.
