Open only to permanent, legal United States ("U.S.") residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence

To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period go to www.twitter.com, ("Twitter Site") and (1) if you already have a Twitter account, log on using your Twitter user name and password, then become a follower of Bravo by searching for @Bravotv clicking on the @Bravotv icon and then clicking the "Follow" button or (2) if you do not already have a Twitter account, create a Twitter account according to the instructions on the Twitter Site and follow @Bravotv as indicated in (1) above. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Use in order to create a Twitter account. Once you become a follower of @Bravotv, you will be required to submit a "Tweet" ("Statement") of one hundred and forty (140) characters or less about the 100th episode special of The Real Housewives of Orange County with the hashtag #RHOC and the @reply "@Bravotv" ("Entry"). You must include #RHOC and "@Bravotv" in your Statement or your Entry will not be valid. Statement will not affect your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) Entry per person/Twitter account during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZE: There will be ninety eight (98) first prizes (each a "First Prize") and two (2) grand prizes (each a "Grand Prize") awarded as follows:
First Prize: One (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner. Each First Prize consists of one (1) #RHOC 100th episode t-shirt. Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of each First Prize is twenty eight dollars ($28).
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to each Grand Prize Winner. Each Grand Prize will consist of one (1) small, orange Goyard St. Louis tote bag. ERV of each Grand Prize is one thousand one hundred dollars ($1,100).
First Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winners may collectively be referred to herein as "Winner" or "Winners." First Prizes and Grand Prizes may collectively be referred to herein as "Prize" or "Prizes."
Total ERV of all Prizes is four thousand nine hundred and forty four dollars ($4,944).
