The $97.00 per barrel is needed to repay the loan Iran is getting from the World Bank to subsidize their nuclear project. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Totally sucks they way our gas prices zoom up and down. Overnight ours went from 2.69 to 3.15. I was like WTF! EEK!
