They looks like Duluth Trading branded Exofficio GiveNGo (name never sounded right to me LOL).

I just bought a bunch of Jockey International Boxer Briefs when the Groupon discount code was stacking with Jockey's 40% sale. I found them to be more comfortable than the Exofficio material.
