Seeing such a large TD on the new thread I am worried people are going to avoid AWD all together now. Therefore, less AWD posted less money saved by me less money made by you.

people avoiding the AWD thread is good for regulars...as long as k and k post (which they will, since they aren't doing it for rep points), we are good. I'm slowly growing on it.

the old one was getting too large (in terms of replies, it had over 15k). we used to renew threads (across the board) around 10k posts for better site performance issues.
i've been toying with the idea of renewing the awd thread for a long time now just because users on mobile were having trouble getting to the last page. i am hoping the new thread helped with this issue.
as for your last sentence, i can tell you that our admins don't care. we care about the community and community harmony. people always think there's a conspiracy here to make money and only money-making deals get frontpaged. so far from the truth because we also fp b&m deals.
