Looks to me like he's looking to sell outside of Amazon. I've reported a bunch of Japanese sellers to Amazon for doing the same thing. I don't know if they were selling knock-offs or if it was some other type of scam, but they came up in my searches selling All-Clad at about 25% of retail. Amazon closed them all down, but they seemed to pop right up again under different seller names.
