Keurig coffee makers will implement DRM to block third-party coffee

I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place. But I know a lot of you love your K-cups and I was wondering how you Keurig users would feel about this. I'm unclear how they are going to keep the option open to brew in a Keurig with coffee grounds, unless they are cutting that out, too. Maybe if enough of us raise a stink, they will backtrack? It has worked before on other companies.

It's better if you read it using his voice.
I wonder where I could find them cheaper than MSRP. If only there was a website that helped sniff out deals on items such as these...

And before it's launched someone has already hacked it.
Ask the printer people how well their "DRM" is working to sell cartridges.
Ohhhhh! Maybe Steam will start offering coffee at sick ass prices that I cant pass up and I will have tons of coffee I never drink!
however, i've had my share of Keurig-made drinks at other places, and if they take away third-party pod functionality, i don't think i'll bother. i've never been impressed with their in-house coffee, and the best specialty drinks i've had have been from other companies.
if this goes through, i look forward to finding out which company will decide to make a run at an alternate "open source" single-cup brewer. Amazon?
