I have the worst case of word vomit. I get compliments on my shoes from my boss- and then I decide to go into a short story about how the color relates to something that happened in childhood. I swear I leave my body when I start doing this- I know I need to stop myself when I start doing it but it's like I just can't make my mouth stop moving. AHHH.
