First TV police/drama shows portray guys named "Walter" as bad guys and/or killers. Now GoDaddy airs a Superbowl commercial portraying "Walter" as an unattractive, overweight, glasses wearing, fashion challenged computer nerd with a bad haircut and an unrealistic obsession with a beautiful female celebrity.

It must stop NOW!!! Ranting

New landlord crazy. Agenda now clear. Charge outrageous rent for crappy units in crap building. Example: he wants upwards of $900 a month for a 1bd with no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, no nothing, in a building where there's always a line at the 2 washing machines and dryers. No pets.

Another listing in a nearby building wanted $100 less for a larger 1bd, with a dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, disposal, fireplace, and deck. Pets ok.

Landlord thinks with parks nearby and lame renovations that people will be flocking to the place. Parks are good for couples with kids and single people with dogs. What a clueless arsehole for ousting long-term decent tenants out of affordable housing.

Why is it so difficult to get car quotes? I email them the VIN and the stock number of a car that is supposed to be on their lot. I ask for their best out the door price for purchasing, no trade, no incentives, a straight up purchase. All but one replied with either "call me" or "they vary in range from x to y".
