Have you tried Mucinx to clear your lungs at this point? Just the regular type in the blue box, as there are so many types of this on the shelf. Keep your windows closed and only use the A/C and if the trees are pollinating out there, come in and remove your clothing in a place like your laundry room and put the clothes into a separate laundry basket - then take a shower - you don't want the pollen filtering through your home.
I've gone through this with my son who gets bronchitis all the time; and is recovering from the flu that he had for over 7 days; I gave him the same advice. He is allergic to so much, and this is a way to keep the pollutants down inside your home. Also, don't leave your vehicle windows down; you are just filling up the vehicle with pollen; I see it all over my while vehicle right now
I have dealt with allergies my whole life so yeah I know all of the dos and don'ts too... this has to be a virus ..possible aggravated by allergies.
I am not the only one in the office who is congested.
