I have a major lady boner for Jason Witten.
some of the guys have nice tight asses, I do agree, but still
5k in 26:34, 3 sets of pull-ups, dips, shoulder press & bicep curls, and ab wheel work. And I feel so much more relaxed and focused now, instead of slow and logy after a big meal.
I am, however, "protein shaker cup guy" now. I come back from the fridge on my floor shaking my lunch.

That's a pretty blue but I'm going for more of a sea foam color but more blue than green.
My dog Midnight is so weird. He likes to curl up on my smaller dog's bed. The only thing he likes to do with his huge bed is fold it up and hump it.
