The new archive features sends dormant threads (no posts in 180 days) to an archive site where you'll be able to read and view old threads but not be able to bump.
Link any thread you'd like prevented from being archived here. This is meant mainly for the lounge classics, but if there's a reason for saving any thread either post why or pm me and we can work on it.
edit- No point in suggesting locked threads. There can't be discussion in those threads, and they're still going to be available to read whenever you want at the archive site.

I saw you (or someone) un-archived the 20lbs for 30lbs thread...and that one is bumped almost every day. However, to answer your question, most likely there wouldn't be 6 months with no posts in the Lush thread.

lee1's thread is different because the op isn't here to recreate the thread and it looses that appeal if someone else makes the op and it has had long dormant times before.
